Invite Feature - Overview

In Loanscape, you can invite clients to apply in multiple ways. To access this feature, click on the Invites button at the top of your screen.

Access Permissions for Invites

Note: Only users with "Manage Access" or the Can Invite checkbox enabled (on the Team screen) can access this function.

Two Ways to Invite Clients

  1. Email Invitations
    With an email invite, Loanscape can send emails to clients on your behalf. You can either upload a CSV file or enter each email address manually to invite clients. To limit email spam, there is a cap of 30 email invites per user per calendar month.

  2. Your Invite Link
    This is a custom link directing clients to a landing page where they can sign up with your company. For account executives, additional customizations are available, including displaying your name on the landing page, and pre-filling the AE selection for your client during onboarding. Each user can copy their unique invite link in the Invite dashboard.

Tracking Invites

You can track any email sent or any user action taken through your invite link on the Invites page.

Tracking Statuses

  • Invite Sent: The client was invited via email but hasn’t created an account.

  • Invite Sent - Existing Account: The client has a Loanscape profile but hasn’t started an application with you.

  • Link Opened: The client clicked the link but hasn’t taken further action.

  • Account Created: The client signed up for a Loanscape profile from your invite but hasn’t started the application with your company.

  • Application Created: The client has started the application. You can now click on their name to access the application.

  • Existing Application: The client has completed the application process with your company.
